1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Hefei OneSevenRead Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with adsAPIAnalysis (the "Platform"), our internal advertising analytics platform, and specifically how the Platform handles data obtained from Google services, including the Google Ads API.

The Platform is an internal business tool. It is used only by authorized personnel of Hefei OneSevenRead Technology Co., Ltd and is not offered to the public or to external customers.

2. Information We Access and Collect

2.1 Google user data

With the explicit authorization of the owner or administrator of our Google Ads accounts, the Platform accesses advertising data belonging to those accounts through the Google Ads API. This access is read-only and is limited to the following:

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, YouTube, or any other Google product data. We do not use any Google API scope other than the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.

2.2 Authorization credentials

To maintain authorized access, the Platform stores OAuth 2.0 credentials (client identifier, client secret, refresh token, and access token) issued by Google for the accounts that an authorized administrator has connected. These credentials are used solely to retrieve the advertising data described above.

2.3 Other advertising platforms

The Platform also retrieves advertising data from other advertising networks through those networks' official reporting APIs, using credentials provided by the respective account owners. The same principles described in this policy apply to that data.

3. How We Use the Data

The data we access is used only for the following internal purposes:

• Producing internal advertising performance reports and dashboards for our own marketing, finance, and management teams.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of our own advertising campaigns, including cost, conversion, and return-on-ad-spend analysis.
• Monitoring data completeness and quality to ensure internal reports are accurate.
• Meeting internal accounting and financial reporting obligations.

We use Google user data only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not use it for any other purpose.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve features that are visible and prominent in the Platform's user interface.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except where required by law or as necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting or personalized or interest-based advertising.
• We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to data brokers or information resellers.
• We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
• No human reads Google user data except as necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and used for internal operations.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data or any other personal data. We share data only in the limited circumstances described below:

• Service providers. Data may be stored on cloud infrastructure providers and accessed through internal corporate systems used by Hefei OneSevenRead Technology Co., Ltd. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose data if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
• Internal transfer. Data may be accessible to authorized employees of Hefei OneSevenRead Technology Co., Ltd who need it to perform the internal purposes described in Section 3.

We do not disclose Google Ads data belonging to third parties, because we do not access such data.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Retrieved advertising data and authorization credentials are stored on secured infrastructure controlled by Hefei OneSevenRead Technology Co., Ltd. We retain the data only for as long as it is needed for the internal purposes described in this policy:

• Advertising performance data (including Google Ads data) is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.
• OAuth credentials remain stored only while the corresponding account remains connected. When an administrator revokes access or requests deletion, the associated credentials are deleted.

An authorized administrator of a connected Google Ads account may request deletion of that account's data and credentials at any time by contacting us at hefeiyiqidu@gmail.com. We will delete the data within 30 days of a verified request, unless we are required by law to retain it. Access can also be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Security

We protect the data we access with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS for all API communications.
• Access controls that restrict data and credentials to authorized personnel only.
• Storage of OAuth client secrets and tokens in access-restricted systems.
• Logging and monitoring of system access for security and troubleshooting purposes.

8. Your Rights

Where applicable law provides you with rights over your personal data, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold, or object to or restrict its processing. Requests can be directed to hefeiyiqidu@gmail.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9. Cookies and Tracking

This website is a static informational site. It does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics or tracking technologies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is an internal business tool intended for use by employees of Hefei OneSevenRead Technology Co., Ltd. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed and stored in countries other than the country in which it was collected. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
